The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will own and grow relationships with key strategic Medical Device OEM customers. This role is highly commercial and technical in nature, focused on selling custom-engineered components and materials while driving long-term revenue growth through early engagement in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

• Identify and develop pipeline opportunities for next-generation programs and emerging product launches
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management teams to ensure successful program execution

Candidates must have prior success selling engineered solutions into complex OEM environments.
• U.S. Person status required under ITAR/EAR regulations
• Background check required
